Here in The Wilderness, we help you reconnect to your body. Through somatic practices, you’ll learn how to notice and regulate the signals your body gives you, shifting from survival mode into safety and presence. With Brainspotting, a powerful, evidence-based method rooted in how the brain processes trauma, we can access the places where pain, fear, or anxiety have been “stuck,” allowing your system to finally release what it’s been carrying.

Individual Sessions
You meet 1:1 with your counselor or coach and determine the best path forward in your journey to healing and growth. These tend to be 50-60 minute standard sessions.
Groups
We offer a variety of groups that bring a collaborative approach to your wellness. Whether it’s a therapy or coaching group, our holistic approach ensures you don’t have to face the messy things of life alone.
Workshops
Not sure you want a personalized wellness track but still want to build up your spiritual, mental, physical, and relational wellness? These psychoeducational gatherings are a great place to learn, ask questions, and access resources.
Retreats
Join us on our bi-annual wellness retreats designed to promote rest while taking a deep dive into holistic wellness. We teach the pillars while you experience them.
Unburdened
A 3-month, high-touch coaching experience to restore your spiritual, emotional, physical, and relational wellness without overwhelming your already-full life.
